Rotate all the pages of a PDF in one click
When a whole document was scanned or exported in the wrong orientation, for example a landscape booklet saved in portrait, one global rotation fixes every page at once. The rotation is added to each page's current orientation.
Steps

Drop your PDF into PDFly's Rotate PDF tool.

Choose the angle: 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counter-clockwise.

Leave Pages to rotate empty and click Run. Every page is turned by the same angle.

Download the result. Pages that started in different orientations keep that difference: to fix only some of them, run the file again with their numbers in Pages to rotate.
