Rotate a single page of a PDF
Often only one page of a long PDF was scanned the wrong way round. PDFly's Rotate PDF tool can turn just that page and leave the rest of the document untouched, right in your browser.
Steps

Drop your PDF into PDFly's Rotate PDF tool. Its page count is shown next to the file name.

Choose the angle: 90° clockwise, 180°, or 90° counter-clockwise.

In the Pages to rotate field, type the number of the page to fix, for example 5. To fix several, list them: 2, 7-9.

Click Run and download the result. Only the pages you listed are turned.
