What we collect
Using the tools: nothing. The tools available today process your files in your browser; they are never sent to us. "Notify me" form on a coming-soon tool page: your email address, your language, the tool you are interested in, and the date and IP address of your request. Signing in (optional): your email address and the session data needed to keep you signed in. Technical logs: like any website, our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, page requested, date and time) to keep the service secure.
Why
Notify-me addresses are used only to send you one email when that tool launches. No newsletter, no resale, no marketing partnership. Account data is used only to sign you in. Technical logs are used only to protect the service against abuse.
How long
A notify-me address is deleted once the launch email for that tool has been sent. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
Who we share with
We never sell or rent your data. To run the service we rely on a few providers: Hostinger (hosting, servers in the EU — Paris, France), Resend (delivery of sign-in and launch emails) and Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, aggregated audience statistics).
Payments
PDFly is free. We process no payments and collect no bank or card details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@redesignapp.be.
Cookies
PDFly sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our audience statistics work without cookies. We only use strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your language or to keep you signed in.
