The story
PDFly was born from a simple frustration: most online PDF tools upload your files to their servers, sometimes in the US, sometimes farther. For a contract, a payslip, a scanned passport, that's a risk no one wants to take. PDFly does the opposite: everything happens in your browser. Your files never reach us. We have nothing to protect because we have nothing.

No file is sent to a server: the tools available today transform your files locally, in JavaScript inside your browser.

Hosted in the EU (Paris, France) and GDPR-compliant. No tracking cookies, no data resale.
Free and ad-free
Every tool is free, with no sign-up. No banners, no ad tracking.
Open by design
The code is publicly versioned. You can verify what the app does on your machine.
