No formal trial period — but you can subscribe and cancel in one click within the first hour if it doesn't fit your needs. All essential tools remain free forever.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to "My account" → "Manage subscription". The Stripe portal lets you cancel in one click. Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.

Are my files private?

Yes. All free tools process your PDFs in your browser — they're never sent to our servers. For Premium features that need server-side processing (Office, OCR), files are deleted immediately after processing.

Is there a team or business plan?

Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. In the meantime, multiple people can use a single Premium account, and we'll help with the transition when the Team offer launches.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. SEPA and bank transfers coming for annual subscriptions.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

Within 14 days, yes — under the European right of withdrawal. Beyond that, you can cancel anytime and access remains active until the end of the paid period.
