Add page numbers to a PDF report

In a meeting, “see page 14” only works if the pages are numbered. The Page 3 / 24 format also tells the reader at a glance whether the copy is complete. PDFly stamps the number in a small, discreet font on every page.

Steps

  1. 1

Drop the report into PDFly's Page numbers tool.

  2. 2

Pick one of the six positions: top or bottom, on the left, in the center or on the right.

  3. 3

    Choose the format: 1, 1 / 10, Page 1 or Page 1 / 10.

  4. 4

Click Run and download the numbered report.
