Watermark a PDF with your company or brand name

Putting your logo in the background of a document shows where it comes from. PDFly's Watermark tool currently adds text, not images: you can't place a logo, but your company or brand name in a light color does the same job.

Steps

    Drop the PDF into PDFly's Watermark tool.

    In the Watermark text field, type your company or brand name.

  3. 3

    Choose a discreet color and a low opacity, 15 to 20%, so the content stays easy to read.

  4. 4

    Click Run and download the result. Letters outside the Western European alphabets may not be supported in watermarks yet.
