Remove confidential pages before sharing a PDF

Before forwarding a report to a client or partner, you may need to drop internal appendices or pages with information the recipient shouldn't get. Because PDFly works in your browser, the confidential pages never leave your device during the operation.

Steps

    List the pages to drop: HR appendices, salary data, internal notes.

  2. 2

    Drop the document into PDFly's Remove pages tool and type those pages, for example 14-18, 22.

  3. 3

    Click Run, download the result and open it to check that the right pages are gone.

  4. 4

    Send only the new file. To hide part of a page rather than a whole page, you will need a redaction tool (PDFly's is coming soon).
